Lily & Layla had the day off of school today and only had 1 thing on their agenda: getting all of their Halloween books out! The time together was so sweet and the memories we made will be so cherished! Now that they’re in school much more, I’ve definitely learned some things:
Real > Perfect
Memories > Mess
Impromptu Yes Day > Premade Plans

Would it have been easier and more aesthetically pleasing to do this by myself? Absolutely! But I wouldn’t change the memories we made together for anything!
